Defective or Damaged Products During Shipping

If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.

To process your request, we will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage in order to properly evaluate the case. Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.


Lost in Customs or Undelivered Orders

In the rare event that your order is lost during customs transit or not delivered for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If we find evidence that the order was not delivered, we may offer a reshipment of the product at no additional cost.


General Return Conditions

  • To request a return for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will evaluate whether the return is possible.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same state in which they were received, including original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our established policies.
  • We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Return Process

Once the return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the product back.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund or reship the new product, as appropriate.
